Le Petit Bistrotopened its doors in 1999 in the heart of Geneva, driven by a passion for authentic French cuisine. Our goal: to offer Geneva residents and visitors an experience worthy of the great French bistros.

Chef Jean-Pierre Moreau, trained at the prestigiousÉcole de Cuisine de Lyon, has been perpetuating traditional recipes for over 25 years. His philosophy: simple, quality products, worked with respect and technique.

Every day, we select fresh, local products from regional farmers and suppliers. Our meats come from Swiss farms, our fish from the ports of the Atlantic, and our vegetables from the markets of the region.
